DEASJobs is operated by [LEGAL CONTROLLER TO BE CONFIRMED], address [ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED]. Support contact: [SUPPORT CONTACT TO BE CONFIRMED].
Job seekers must confirm they are at least 16. Employer users must be authorised to act for the business they represent. Users must provide materially accurate information, keep login credentials secure and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
DEASJobs provides job discovery, transparent rule-based job ranking, application, messaging, interview, offer and hiring workflow tools. DEASJobs is not the employer and does not make hiring decisions for employers.
No fee is charged to job seekers or employers in the initial launch. Employer access tiers control product capacity only. There is no card checkout, subscription billing, paid featured placement, referral cash reward, credit or points programme in this release. If DEASJobs later introduces paid services, pricing and applicable commercial terms will be published before payment functionality is enabled.
Employers are responsible for job-listing accuracy and legality, recruitment decisions, communications, employment terms and compliance with employment and equality law. Employers must not request unnecessary sensitive information or use DEASJobs to discriminate unlawfully.
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and applications. Users should not upload third-party information unless entitled to do so.
The candidate feed uses preferences and job attributes to filter and rank jobs. Match information is a navigation aid, not a promise of suitability, interview or employment. It is not used to rank applicants for employers.
Application messaging is limited to the candidate and employer connected to an application. Fraud, scams, harassment, discriminatory content, unsafe listings, impersonation and other unlawful or abusive use are prohibited. Users can report messages/listings and block accounts. DEASJobs may restrict accounts or content where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
DEASJobs may use referral, partner and campaign links to measure how people discover the service. Users must not manipulate referral counts or create false accounts. The current programme provides no financial reward.
Employer API keys are confidential credentials. Employers are responsible for securing, rotating and revoking them and for ensuring imported job data is lawful and accurate.
Users may install DEASJobs as a web app and may choose to enable Web Push notifications. Device permissions remain under the user's control. Notification delivery cannot be guaranteed, so users should also check DEASJobs for important recruitment information.
The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. The Young Users Privacy Guide explains additional safeguards for users aged 16–17.
DEASJobs may change features during the pilot/initial launch. Material legal-document changes are versioned. Users should retain copies of important employment information.
The operator must confirm the final controller/company details, employment-agency licensing position, liability/governing-law wording, data-protection assessments and Digital Services Act position before broad public launch.
