Your Data Protection Rights

This page explains how to exercise data-protection rights through DEASJobs. It does not limit any rights available under law.

Access

You can download a structured export from Account & Privacy. You may also make a formal access request in the app.

Correction

You can edit much of your profile directly. For information you cannot correct yourself, submit a rectification request.

Deletion

DEASJobs has self-service account deletion. If you need assistance or want a specific legal assessment, submit an erasure request.

Restriction, objection and portability

The in-app data-rights form supports these requests. Whether a particular right applies depends on the processing and legal basis involved.

Response process

Formal requests are logged in DEASJobs's compliance workspace with a target response date. DEASJobs may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal data.

Supervisory authority

If you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or another competent data-protection supervisory authority.
